I'm kinda new around here, and I haven't read a lot in depth to get the general view of most folks, but this seems reaaaallllllly scary to me.

Is it just me?

General rule: If it's fast, it ain't good. If it's good, it's worth waiting for.

Aimed at teenagers. Small enough to hide from mom and dad. Kind of scary that kids might have access to 15% acl. (to quote the site) beverages.

There are three universal options: 1)You can have it fast, 2)You can have it cheap, 3) You can have it high quality.

You may choose any two!

It's the fact that it's seems aimed at teens that gets my goat. And the fact that a truly devious teen could probably get the gist of it and make it on their own. Only good thing is that most of the kids I know are too lazy to try and build a make-shift fermenter properly and would just end up with some variation of vinegar.
