Default Rahr pilsner malt analysis

I don't suppose anyone has an analysis sheet for Rahr pilsner? I bought some from midwest for the DFH 90 min clone but they didn't have an analysis and a quick google search didn't come up with anything either. Rahr's website is also fairly useless.

From their web site and a little bit of link following.
Brewers Supply Group :: Rahr Malting

Looks as good an analysis as you get from most maltsters

Thanks, I was hoping for a measure of the modification but I'll take what I can get. Has anyone used this malt without a protein rest?

I bought a 50# bag of it a few months ago. Came with a malt analysis stitched into the bag. Diastatic Power = 119.

I have never done a protien rest with this malt.

I have never used a protein rest with it but plan on a 90 min boil.

Any idea what the extract potential is?

Never mind, found it on their website:

Code:
Brewer's Malt	Moisture % Max.	Color L	Total Protein	Extract FG Min.	Usage Rate %
Pilsner 4.0 1.5-2.0 11.0 80.0 to 100
