Cut it out, I took the pics from my phone

Just calculated an efficiency of 74.42%!!

6.06 gallons pre-boil, 1.049 pre-boil gravity. Fantastic.

My but that's a lot of wort. Much darker than I expected too.



1.049 Pre-boil gravity.

palisade hops, approximately divvied up for 2 additions at 60 and 15 minutes.

And may I ask what type of beer that was? Another porter or something? Definately looked dark from those pics! Nice pictoral of a great brewday!
