I'm thinking about doing a saisson with this...heard it was a great yeast. My question is two fold:
1)Website says, high temp range is 77, but I've seen people go into the 80's with it, any thoughts/comments?
2)Is there a abv % restriction of what you can put through on your taps? On another form, someone tried saying that, but I couldn't see how that is possible.
