Brewers notes.
I had some issues keeping temps while mashing (I had to use my bottling bucket to mash this beer) so it is a little dryer than anticipated, but still very enjoyable. I may consider, in the future, using some vienna malt to add a little bit of character. The orange peel give the beer a very refreshing citrus aroma, which nicely complements the Cascade hops. Thanks to DeathBrewer for his Easy Stovetop All-Grain Brewing techniques.
