Default Costco Stainless Steel Cooler

Here's the link:
Costco - Hot Buy 20-Gallon Stainless Steel Cooler with Wheels

Anyone use this for their all-grain setups?
Not gonna buy one, but I saw that and thought and wondered if anyone had already converted one of these for homebrewing.

I might buy one of these for my home brewing parties to keep beers in

Not that one, but I do know that the local Costco here is carrying the Igloo Max Cold 70Qt cooler for $32.

Those ss party coolers I've seen don't seem as well insulated as they should be.

Exactly. Be sure of what you're getting. The cheap Igloo 48 qt. "Ice Cube" coolers, for sale at Big Lots, Dollar Store, Target, etc., have ZERO insulation ANYWHERE, plus no drain. $25 might seem pretty cheap until you start looking more closely.

I bought the Rubbermaid / HD 10 gal cylindrical cooler, which is insulated (except for the lid) and has a drain that may be easily removed. The cooler was $40....but something of a bargain. I drilled some holes in the bottom edge of the lid and used the "Great Stuff" spray can insulation to fill the lid.
