I've never done one before but this is what I have come up with. Let me know what you think:

4.0 oz Honey Malt (25.0 SRM) 2.78 %
0.33 oz Simcoe [12.90 %] (60 min) 13.0 IBU
0.50 oz Williamette [5.40 %] (10 min) 2.2 IBU
0.50 oz Williamette [5.40 %] (0 min)
0.25 oz Orange Peel, Bitter (Boil 5.0 min)
0.25 oz Orange Peel, Sweet (Boil 5.0 min)
1 Pkgs American Wheat Ale (Wyeast Labs #1010)
