I'm planning on brewing Biremunchers SWMBO Slayer Belgian Blonde for my firs AG batch next week when I'm off for shutdown, and have a couple of quick questions for anyone who has already made this one.
Q. The recipe calls for 1 oz Willamet, is the intent to use whole leaf or pelletized hops and would it make a difference?
Q. For those who have made this one, how would you describe the taste?
Q. Lastly, how well do you think it would be when bottled? I'm not set uo for kegs and have no plans for that any time soon
