10 oz british amber malt
10 oz crystal 60
8 oz light chocolate malt
2 oz roasted barley
*steep grains at 150 F for 60 mins
8 oz dark brown sugar added at 10 min
.5 oz warrior 60 mins
1 oz vanguard end of boil
wyeast 1187/ringwood ale
