1 vial cal ale wlp001
2 vials belgian sour mix I
1 activator pk wyeast 3763 roeselare

dry yeast-

4 11g pk nottingham
2 5g pk red star champ yeast

Washed yeasts:

WLP300 (German Hefe)
WY1010 (Am. Wheat)
WLP400 (Wit)
WLP004 (Irish Ale)
Wyeast Brett Lambic Blend
Safale S-04 (washed... I know, i'm cheap)

maybe another that I can't think of at the moment.

2 5g pkgs of Red Star champ yeast
Both are going into Big Mama's Barley Wine to be brewed in a couple days.
