My first shot at pressure canning wort.
From what I have read, everyone says that theirs turns out very dark colored. Mine isnt, and it has a lot of trub at the bottom (more than I would have expected).
I am using pilsen DME, about .75 cups per quart.
I am keeping at 15 psi for about 20 min.
Does it have to be dark colored? The pilsen is light, so I would think the starter would be light.
