My Brewing Water. please help
ok so i was looking today in BeerSmith and i saw they have boston water. Here are the vitals,
Calcium: 4.0 ppm
Sulfate: 8.0 ppm
Magnesium: 1.0 ppm
Chloride: 14.0 ppm
Sodium: 10.0 ppm Bicarbonate: 10.0 ppm
Would this be consider hard, soft, or somethign else.....
Also would there be any beer styles that might be more conducive to this water?
