I'm gonna be writing a weekly beer review for a newspaper, and I want to write it under a false name, but I'm not coming up with any excellent 'beer' names that I could use... help me out with some thoughts please

*** UPDATE ****

I no longer need a pseudonym... I will be writing under my real name...

How about Brutus ("brew-tus")? Lindy Hop (this will be the name of a future IPA)?
