Anyone in Santa Rosa want to get together and put a lot of beer into a barrel, then every three months extract some and replenish what you took? I have access to the barrels (more than I need for sure) and just want some other people with their rigs to be able to come together in harmony here.
Could go sour, regular, high abv. I am thinking of either a porter at around 7.5% or maybe some kind of Trippel that can take a good aging. I can get some brett for this experiment if we want a fully brett fermented beer or as another addition to an already interesting beer.
