I'm just finishing setting up the final touches of my AG setup, and I want to make a clone of one of my favorite beers.
Goose Island Reserve Matilda
(its a belgian pale ale)
I've got a couple of bottles sitting around, so I'm going to try to pull the yeast from one of them.
Goose Island's page just says 2-row and Caramel malt, but theres got to be more than that in there. Anyone got any ideas, or a recipe they think might be close?
