I bought an acid titration kit by mistake thinking that it was a pH testing kit. Is there a way to convert titration results (which measure % of acid) to pH?
Today I bought strips to use and they only go from 6 to 9. No good for the final stage of mozzarella. D'oh! Another $10 down the drain.
