Do you think you'll need mixing with such a small volume of water to heat?

Thanks for the complements, I worked really hard on the build. As for agitating the water, I'm guessing it will somewhat act like an immersion chiller. Where you get more efficiency by stirring the wort when cooling. On the other hand I am only trying to maintain the temp or change by only 40 degree's. I am going to try without first and mix by hand to see if there is a difference.
