-3-11oz cans of Welch's grape juice
-4 lbs light brown sugar
-5 tsp citric acid
-3tsp yeast nutrient
-3 campden tablets
-1 pack Cote des Blancs wine yeast
This receipe is for 3 to 3 1/2 gallons of wine. Your final O.G will be somewhere around 1.070. If you add an additional 3 cans of grape juice (6 for the entire receipe) and 2 more lbs of sugar (6 lbs for the entire receipe), you will end up with an O.G. of 1.086.
I am making this right now; however, I have not made before, so I don't know how it will turn out.
