What do you think about putting the fermentor in my lagering fridge for a few days prior to bottling to get some of the remaining yeast to drop out. It's been fermenting for 8 or 9 months now and is pretty clear. Just thinking that maybe I could do this and not add isinglass, poly-clar, or the two part shell fish derived stuff.
