Has anyone tried using 1 or 2 packs of So4 for the DFH 90 min clone?? The recipe calls out for WLP1099 (Whitbread) yeast. I believe the S-04 is the same. I think the OG is 1.089 so I'd probably go with 1.5 or 2 packs.
