My second brew, a Coopers Wheat Beer kit started bubbling through the airlock 1 hour after pitching...
The next day is was bubbling at 2 bubbles a second...
However, on the second day, I am already down to 1 bubble every 25 seconds...
Is this just very effecient fermentation or something to worry about?
And yes, I know I should RDWHAHB, right?
