I'm curious as to why put two caramal malts in there? Is the 120 just for darker color or foes it add flavour as well?

each and every degree of color in the caramel malt line tastes differently.

If you want to find out yourself, make a tea out of 10L, 40L 60L, 90L 120L and try each. It will give you a good idea of what each tastes like. Also, you could just chew some.

The 120L adds a subtle complexity to the flavor, which was my intent after tasting the very first batch with just the 60L in the grain bill.

That looks like a killer IPA! One of my favorites uses Simcoe and Amarillo. Founders Double Trouble IIPA!

I had ordered a pound of Amarillo from the hops direct sale. I might have to order another of Simcoe!

Thanks I think i'll try that. At least with the 10 and 40 i've got.
