Started a cream ale on Saturday (first brew) and watched it through the week. Took notes everyday and watched the gravity fall from 1.056 to a now 1.012 and it has cleared up (sample) and stopped bubbling this morning.
Smells great and looks great so far.
This weekend I'll rack it to a glass carboy and let it sit a few more weeks. Need the fermenter cause I want to do this again but don't know what kind of beer I want to do next. Was thinking wheat.
