New to the board. 6-7 years ago a planted a few orange trees in the back yard and I get so many oranges each year, I can't pick and give them away as fast as they get ripe.(My best crop is between Nov. thru May) So I thought about making some wine. Is there someone that might guide my in the right direction. Never tryed before. But it seems to be a good idea. My wife and I do drink wine,so the seed is planted. Where might I get some info on making orange wine?
Thanks in Advance,
