Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: Mauribrew (or Nottingham)
Batch Size (Gallons): 40 L (10g)
Original Gravity: 1.1042
Final Gravity: 1.010 - 1.012
IBU: 25
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 3.3
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14
Tasting Notes: Great summer quaffing beer. Lawnmower days, beach or Hockey playoffs!

You can replace the mauri with nottingham if you wish.
Tett with saaz would also make a good beer.
Bullion with Northern brewer. I sue Bullion because i have 3 lbs of it sitting here.

Not sure what style this fits in. I think the flavor was closer to a kolsch than a helles. Definite hop flavor. But if cold aged balanced out well.

I'm really liking mauri yeast. It ferments fast and is really clean!

I'm not getting a lot of head retention withthis beer mashed so low, but it is nice and crisp! If this is an issure for you then I suggest adding a bit of wheat malt, maybe 250 - 500 grams. and drop down the pils to maintain the same estimated OG.
