OK, so two questions:
I've seen this cylinder full of hops that a pale ale will pass through before exiting a keg faucet. What is it actually called/how do I build one?
How does one prevent excessive foaming? It seems like this contraption would cause extreme turbulence (or trubulence, depending on the level of filtering....)
