I've been searching the internet for a Maredsous 8 or 10 recipe and have come up with the following recipe. It is still very rough and I would really appreciate input or another recipe on how to make this beer. I would like it to be a 5 gallon extract batch. Thanks.
1.50 oz Styrian Goldings [5.40%] (60 min)
1.00 oz Saaz [4.00%] (10 min)
1.00 lb Caramunich Malt (56.0 SRM)
1.00 lb Special B Malt (180.0 SRM)
1lb corn sugar or 1.5lb clear candi sugar
6lbs Pilsin Malt syrup
