I have 5 gallons of apple juice, 1lb of brown sugar, 32oz of maple-blueberry syrup (all natural), and LALVIN EC-1118 Wine Yeast (it's whats in the fridge).
Question 1: should I mix this in a 5 or 6.5 gal carboy.
Question 2: should I add more suggar (I have white cane and more brown).
Note: I'm experimenting and it turns out my local supermarket does not sell corn sugar (I'll be darned.. . who wudda thunk)?
Going to the basement to grab the 5gl now so if I should be using the 6.5 please speak now.
