Just brewed a double IPA, a little low w/ the OG by a little bit but still tasted sweet & should pack a punch.

Just put the latest batch if my Columbus IPA in the ferm chamber after pitching w/ 1056 & oxygenating.

Just finished the starter for a Celebration Ale Clone I will brew tomorrow. Brewing it since my area didn't get SNCA this year.
