Doing jamils bitter recipe tomorrow in the snow, it shouldnt take long to cool in a snow bank!!

I am brewing 2 beers this weekend! Yay! Both using the same kind of hops but a different malt bill. Didnt realize this until now. ANyone ever try combining Fuggles & Willamette?

Going with my New Castle Brown Ale
All Grain, came out great last time (month ago) will see if I was lucky...Last batch was really close to original. Will be drinking the New Castle, making the New Castle...Weee!!

Going to brave the RIDICULOUSLY cold temps (for here) and try to brew an American stout. I brought the hose in to thaw, so as long as I can get the water to work outside, I will be good to go.
