Starting a munich-based oatmeal stout today....my first 11gal batch. This was inspired by the Best Laid Plains recipe. Let's hope the mash tun is big enough!

Brewing an IPA right now using Jamil's IPA grain bill. The hop additions are my own though. Mashing now...

Waiting for my strike temp as my mash tun pre-heats. Brewing up a IIPA full of simcoe and columbus.

Dropped off two different beers for a comp this weekend, but no brewing. Next weekend, still no brewing, but busy nonetheless. Gonna bottle my Mild, rack my Scotch Ale onto oak in secondary, and rack my Cal Common into secondary for a few weeks of swamp cooler pseudo-lagering.

I'm in the middle of Yooper's Dogfish Head 60 minute recipe. Love this recipe!

Finally made my wee heavy on Sunday, spent the whole day in front of the stove, but it's done and it's going to be glorious.

It's technically Monday, but still my "weekend". I'm brewing up the AHS Budget Kolsh kit.
