Gonna try and knock out my Ahtanum Saison on Sunday if I am not too tired from fishing all day Saturday.

Primary: Down South Saison, Karma Tsunami, Sour Puss
Secondary in Keg: Farmhouse Saison w/ Brett C
On tap: Graham's English Cider, Sweat In Your Crack Kolsch, Uptown Pale Ale, Farmhouse Saison, Funktown Pale Ale

Next Up: Under Construction Imperial Stout

I'm bottling an AHS Grand Cru Belgian Ale and an alcoholic Ginger Beer this evening. Brewing an AHS Belgian Double Wit on Saturday.

My first Dunkel, trying to clone Weihenstephan Weiss Dunkel.

Any suggestions for this beer? I am not sure whether to bring out the banana or clove flavor more, or try to balance them. Any suggestions/opinions are welcomed!

I'll be brewing an english mild this weekend and hope it'll come out great.

Just doughed in on a Pale Ale that will be mostly Motueka, I will use either Magnum or Columbus to bitter with, haven't decided yet.
Kegged: NADA
Bottled: Blackberry Mead
Primary #1:IPA
Primary #2:
On Deck: Pilsener, Brown, Barleywine, Coffee Porter

Summit IPA...gotta get rid of my stock. Might throw in some centennial but am considering a single hop IPA right now
