Brewing up a Czech Pilsner - my first attempt at a multi-stage, temperature controlled fermentation. Should be fun.

I cranked up the starter for a Bohemian Pilsner this week. It is going to be my first attempt at lagering. Brewing Sunday afternoon.

Tuesday night I'm bottling my Abbey Ale.
