I made a Wyeast Belgian Abbey II starter last night for an extract imperial stout with specialty grains. I hope to brew by Sunday with it.

Planning a brewing marathon for tomorrow, five 5 gallon batches. They're all for a competition I'm entering in June. An APA, Black IPA, Pilsner, Belgium Strong Ale and a Porter.

Just bottled my Cream Ale, so I have a fermenter free to do my blonde ale in the morning. I plan to rack it on to some appricots and see what happens...
