Just assembled my new Blichmann burner and put a pot on to start my brew day. Today it is an English pale ale.

I could fling my old Bayou burner around like it was nothing but this thing is a tank. And boy does it heat up water.

At the last minute, I decided to do a Centennial/Citra/Simcoe IPA.

Got my Cream Ale bottled yesterday. Now need to determine what's next by Friday.
Primary - Empty
Secondary - Empty
Bottled - Wheat (not the best), Cream Ale (Drinking), Irish Stout (Conditioning)

2011 Brewed Total - 22.5 Gal
2012 Brewed Total - 12.5 Gal
2012 Goal - 60 Gal
