Just lit the strike water on an APA based loosely on EdWort's Haus Pale with some Columbus hops. I thought about brewing last night but didn't want to be up as late as TomInMaine was!

Trying to get the last of the 4th of July beers brewed. This week it was bottle Amarillo APA, bottle Edwort's Apfelwein (you wouldn't think spell check would think Apfelwein is misspelled), transfer to secondary and dry hop an IPA, brew a dry stout, and, hopefully, I'll get a modified version of BM's C of 3Cs brewed tomorrow.

Whew. I need a beer.

Been getting a lot of, "When you coming to bed?" from SWMBO. But, come the fourth, it'll all be worth it.

Fedex just dropped off the rest of my gear so I'm going to pop my brewing cherry this weekend. Nothing fancy to start, just the Midwest Liberty Cream Ale.
