Don't have the weekend off but I have Mon-Wed to brew! Got a WIPA on deck and if I can get to the LHBS I'll grab the ingredients for my imperial sweet stout recipe I came up with after doing some serious research on stouts!

First brew with new brew kettle and mash tun, so will try out EdWort's Haus Pale Ale. I eagerly look forward to how it all turns out.

Just finished a California Common. Brew went great, glad I had my umbrella though. I need a carport.

Doing a late Marzen and a Cream Ale on Sunday. First Double batch brewday and I started brewing 17 years ago. Excited to do something to push myself a bit.
Lick Creek Brewing Co.
accident + curiosity x repetition* = happy humans *coefficient of magic brewing stick must be applied to repetition. History of brewing in one equation.

I did my 1st PM of NB Speckled Heifer yesterday. Struggled with the mash temp. But other then that all went well and it's bubbling away in the basement. Cheers!

I am hoping to double batch tomorrow, an Eagle Rock Solidarity Clone to start the day and a Pumpkin Ale. If my wife stays out long enough I might even go for batch 3 and do the Autumn Amber Ale recipe. It was my first ever brew (Midwest Groupon) and I would like to try it again now that I brew all grain and sort of know what I am doing.
