Finished my starter a couple of hours ago for an all citra hopped double IPA. Should be fermenting in about 18 hours!

Spending St. Paddy's brewing a Scottish 60 Schilling. But I'll be drinking my Irish Red all day, which makes me feel a little better.
Bottled: Stratford Ale (English Bitter), FestivAle (Holiday Ale), Dunkelweisen, Katherina (Jalapeno) Cream Ale

Primary: Little Jack Red (Irish Red)
On Deck: Black IPA, 60 Schilling

Brewed an amarillo/simcoe IPA today while drinking my Irish Red and some Black and Tans with Guinness and Harp. Best St. Paddy's ever
No yeast, no beer. No beer, no civilization. Therefore, we really have yeast to thank for all our modern-day conveniences and tasty beer

Brewed an English Ordinary Bitter while drinking Kilkenny Irish Ale -- on St. Patty's Day. Not sure what that means other than some great beer consumed and brewed!
