Putting on a Pale Ale as soon as my Porter is bottled. Will buy some small, spicy peppers soon to place in the bottles when the APA gets bottled in 2 weeks. Can't wait to check them both but especially the chili beer!

May try either some habenero or tobasco in it, or half n half... Hmmmmmm!

Bottled a blueberry cream ale. Racked an irish red ale to secondary. Brewed a peach habenero saison.

I've made mead so often lately that I realize I haven't brewed since October. I've decided to fix that tomorrow! There was a Raging B*tch clone posted that I have to try. Love that beer.

I'm going to try Palmer's recipe for Big Basin Amber Ale. Only issue I ran into is I couldn't get any crystal 90. Going to try running 3/4 lb. of crystal 120 instead and see how it turn out. I know it will be good to drink but suspect it will be a little dark and get a tad more raisin flavor than his recipe would produce.

Care to share? I haven't bee able to find Raging B!tch since I moved and it's one of my all time favorite beers.

No brewing for me. I realized I have about 25 gallons in fermenters and every box of bottles I opened needed to be delabeled, cleaned, and sanitized...I'll give y'all three guesses as to what I was doing all day, and the first two don't count! I actually kinda like bottling, but I FU˘πING HATE soaking and scrubbing bottles!

Decided to do a last minute double header weekend since SWMBO was nice enough to wash the pots and get water going while i went to pick up grain.
