Not actually brewing for myself, but will be guiding my brother through his first brewday on Saturday. We'll be brewing a simple extract hefe that I've done before.
Primary: Belgian Dubbel
Bottled: Belgian IPA, Mild, Wild Saison
On Tap: Graf, English IPA, Belgian Blond
On Deck: Scottish 80/-, RyePA

All grain Apollo double IPA with a touch of Rye. Forgot to finish my starter but I have two vials of white labs SanDiego Super yeast so we will see how it goes.

Brewing my second extract batch since getting my brew kit for Christmas. La Petite orange from NB
Gave up on bottling, moved on to Kegging.

Currently Kegged as of 1/21/16
Keg 1: Belgian Quad
Keg 2: Black IPA
Keg 3: Irish Red(Wyeast 1214) (Kegged 1-9-16)
Keg 4: Irish Red(us05) (Kegged 1-9-16)
Keg 5: Double Mocha Porter (Kegged 1-24-16)
Keg 6:

Currently bottled as of 5/10/15
Bottled: Mocha Coffee Stout

Fermenter 1: Golden Son IPA (Brewed 5-9-16)
Fermenter 2: Golden Son IPA

I'm brewing a witbier again this time with spring water. I've been trying to avoid Wang that I've been getting with several wheat beers lately.

Do you usually get a lot of wang in your beers? Maybe you need to reevaluate your lifestyle instead of your water.

first barleywine and also first parti-gyle with a Irish Red Ale

Oh yeah....gonna get a little snow tonite...and tomorrow is brew day....gonna be a cold one again.....brwwing an Irish Red Ale! Will chat with you guys tomorrow I love brewday!
