Yup, I'd make it Bohemian Pilsner Malt and .25 lb of Crystal 10L.

7.5 lb. Pils
0.5 lb. Munich
0.5 Carapils

1 oz. Saaz at 60, 30, 10, 0 (43 IBU)

WLP833 Bock

1hour mash at 152. No decoction necessary.

Not sure if its just like PU, but its more tasty IMHO.

Just use as much DME/LME as is required to get to your OG of 1.056 or so. Steep the carapils (1/2 lb or so) for 30 mins at 155*F. Add hops as required (see above recipes) and you're good to go!

Anyone have a 2 gallon recipe of Pilsner Urquell? I am giving this to my brother for his birthday next month and I don't want to tie up my 5 gallon brew kit. TIA
