Marilyn Chambers has passed away. This is devastating news to my psyche as I am sure a lot of you are saddened as well (if you were born after 1980 just move on; you don't get it we know).

I will have a moment of silence and a beer in her honor and hope she finds peace and tranquility behind that big green door in the sky.

Joe

They'll....I mean she'll be missed.

I'm sure she's donning a pearl necklace at the pearly gates.

Okay, so I admit to having to look up who she was. My bad for not being as old as I could be, I promise I'll try to get older next year.

She's kind of the Asia Carrera of you guys' generation, so I'll have a moment of silence, followed by a brief grunt and a search for the tissues for the girl.

I was born after your cut-off of 1980, yet I knew for whom the bell tolled. At least we have many images of her more active years to remember her by.

Didn't she have her modeling contract cancelled when Behind the Green Door movie was released? I have never seen the movie but recall seeing some old ads she appeared in as part of a college course on advertising.

Too bad they didn't show the film. It may have been a more interesting class.

They don't know the cause yet. I get greatly concerned when someone younger than I dies for no obvious reason.

TAC - Ivory Snow pulled her ads after Behind the Green Door.
