Well I couldn't wait any longer so tonight I opened my first beer I have ever made and tried it, and it was awesome. Is just a simple wheat beer from extract but it tastes like no beer I have had before I drank it at room temperature and will try one that is chilled tomorrow and see how it is. But needless to say i am hooked i already have another batch of heffevisen in the secondary fermenter and as soon as i get some more bottles it will be bottled and will start on a Oktoberfest after that and then a Irish stout. Man this is fun stuff!!!
