Here is what I brewed last night. Just seeing what thoughts some of you might have.

8oz. Cara-Pils
8oz. Crystal 90L
Steeped at 150 for 20 mins.

7lbs. X-Light DME

1oz. Nugget 11.2AA 60min.
.5oz Cascade 7.5AA 20min.
.5oz Palisades 7.4AA 20min.
.5oz Cascade 7.5AA 1min.
.5oz Palisades 7.4AA 1min.

Safale US-05

Will sit in primary for at least three weeks, then transfer to secondary and dry hop for 7 days. Dry hope with 1oz. each of the Cascade and Palisades.

Also this was a full boil, starting out in 6.5 gallons of spring water.

I just ordered a half pound of Palisades. I have not mixed them like that with Cascades, just Willamette. Cascades are probably better. Anyway it would be interesting to see your tasting notes.
Everything is better with a beer.
