Default Looking for animation software, can you help?

I am posting this around on several boards that I frequent, hoping for some answers.

I know there are some pretty talented and creative folks on here, so thought I would ask.

I am wanting to build some short animations for marketing, adding to websites, etc. I would even like to produce my own commercials using this software.

I have seen some that will make a virtual person or animate picture etc.

Do any of you have any experience with this? What have you used, was it successful, what did you like/dislike, etc, etc???

Hey, careful, man, there's a beverage here! - The Dude

I don't understand the purpose of the line, "I don't need to drink to
have fun." Great, no one does. But why start a fire with flint and
sticks when they've invented the lighter?

Depending on how much you're willing to spend, there are several programs you could use. The best (IMHO) is Adobe flash. animation software, multimedia software | Adobe Flash CS4 Professional They have several variations, and all are pricey, some moreso than others. Good luck, GF.
