Just picked up 1 bottle of Avery's new Brabant - the local guy had this for sale for .02 over his cost for the first 72 bottles sold. Having been laid off, it's a super premium luxury, so I haven't uncapped it yet, but the purchase was justified.

All in the name of education.

Maybe you can use these Grain, Hops, Yeast Reference Charts

I just had that last weekend. All I can say is, holy crap there are some strong flavors!
