Default Looking for a Belgium Dubbel or Trippel

Can anyone reccomend a Belgium Dubbel or Trippel Recipe Partial Mash?

I would like to use my Trappist yeast and can't find a D or T I like.

Muchas Gracias por favor!

Default RE: Looking for a Belgian Dubbel or Trippel

I used this rec. http://www.geocities.com/iluvhops/br...ochefort8.html but used one jar of the belgian candi syrup instead of the sugar and used 3787 instead of the yeast they used.

Also its a Belgian dubbel not Belgium dubbel. Belgium is the place Belgian is the type.
