I'm doing my NHC bottling on Saturday, do we know how many bottles we're going to need for this? Safe to say no more than three?

Category 23A: Specialty Beers

I stewarded that category at AWOG and it was actually pretty interesting. There was a no boil stout, a beer made to resemble a pudding made with sweet potatoes (won gold, it was actually really really good), that spruce beer...

This sounds awesome, I've finally gotten to the point that I would like to enter some comps and I think the HBT comp would yield some of the most constructive comments.
