Holy damn, I just quoted myself.

I would be willing to get a system like this created, including label generation for entries. Payment processing would still need to be done manually via PayPal or some other method through Yoop, with her having the ability to mark entries as being paid before labels can be printed and submissions can be sent.

Let me do some preliminary research on this. I'm a Windows/SQLServer guy, so I'll need to find an alternate location to host other than HBT, as I believe that Tx utilizes Apache.

There are at least two systems out there already that do a lot of this. one is at beer.tzo.com and the other is at hordsoffun.com

I like the NHC system the best, but the others are out there already to use

Dangit, she's in bed already. I'll make sure to tell her tomorrow.

I'm in. Just racked my Fat Tire to keg this weekend and YUM! I think I may be getting the hang of this brewing thing Guess I'll start planning my next few brews around BJCP Style Guidelines. Looking forward to entry dates.

Wow I'm gonna be brewing like a mofo all summer just so I can get more entries in than ohiobrewtus.

Looking forward to this one. Thanks to all for organizing it.

Might have to send an extra box of "entries" to the U.P.

Nice BOS! Who do I have to blow around here to win it?

Seriously, this would be nice, but I'm looking forward to just entering and getting some unbiased feedback on my beers. That would be worth the entry $ fo sho!

Ed, from Brewmaster's Warehouse. You'll have to stand in line, though!

I agree that it's well worth the entry fee, just to get back your scoresheets. There will be feedback, hints, and an honest unbiased opinion on each entry.

I'll have the official rules and prizes posted by June 15th.

Anybody with questions, feel free to ask. And if anybody has advice, I'd like to hear it!

Wondering if you should employ the normal "enter as many beers as you like...but limited to one entry per sub-category...".

Otherwise it sounds like the judges will have their work cut out for them.
