Tasting Notes: This is a winner!!! very complex grain bill but just a nice hint of penuts and roasty

1# 8oz Crystal 40L
1# Brown Malt
1# Flakes Oats
12oz Chocolate Malt
8oz Crystal 60L

2oz Pearle (60 min boil)
1oz EKG (boil 20 min)
1oz EKG (boil 10 min)

The beer has a complex flavor but is still very drinkable and smooth...
EKG give just a hint of spice..
